Love living here its nice and peaceful. Staff is really good and on top of things. Maintenance is really good and fast. Love it here and looking forward to many happy years here

Ive lived hear for many years Iâve seen some bad, but the last 7yrs had been great quiet family environment staff has been great always friendly an helpful. Now that weâre under remodeling Iâm over excited to see the finishing touches. It already looks amazing inside the apartments and landscape. Iâm proud to be living here now with all the improvements.

I've lived here for 7years and going. My youngest and my.. first real home. The staff is very helpful and professional..sometimes maintance can get a little behind, but their friendly and listen..just remember it's a lot of tenants and parts etc gotta be ordered. I loved the new renovation they did a few years back but only 1 thing I will never stop asking or will bring to other tenants... I seriously think/wish they could make the ac units go throughout the apartment (living room + bedrooms at least), because the cool air doesn't travel to back of the unit during summer and humid weather. Otherwise keep up the great work Foothill Villas.
