I lived in this community for 6.5 years until my income rose above the level. I loved my apartment. It was an older apartment, but the grounds were always kept immaculate; there was a couple of Typical low income in San Bernardino living situations, but the managers were on top of it. the person who talked about water bugs, and roaches? Water bugs and roaches are personal cleanliness issues. The maintenance guys were always quick to respond to any maintenance needs, which was rare. I didnât want to leave, but I knew I needed to give the apartment to someone who needed it.
