Donât like the fact that if you have terrible neighbors that destroy the property and gets in fights with neighbors, they donât get kicked out itâs like you can pretty much do whatever you want here without any serious consequences or repercussions, you can literally have someone move in with you thatâs clearly not on the lease without telling the management and nothing happens to you, this can become very dangerous for the families that live here with children as these people who constantly break the tenant agreement rules can bring danger here, I witnessed first hand several times with the exact same neighbor and they still donât remove them by eviction, maybe when something fatal happens then maybe theyâll actually do their job before any lawsuits happens by not making their residents safety top property. I really do miss when âpaigeâ was here managing the property with her she took care of business these other ppl donât do a thing about kicking people out who clearly violated the rules and agreements signed, these people are a joke compared to her.
